Ignorance or Bias?

This is a University research project I will be conducting about Hong Kong with the Information gathered during my year abroad. Ignorance or Bias looks at the Covert nature of anti blackness in Hong Kong to determine if the racism against black people is a deliberate bias or one based on ignorance. I would love to continue this topic in multiple locations in Asia, as it’s a topic that many people question before travelling to certain locations.
